The Christ Holy Sanctified Church Leadership Conference and Retreat is honored to present this conclave of business, education, and religious leaders who will be speaking and sharing focused and sub-topic presentations on the theme “Surviving the Wilderness, Preparing for Conquests”.  Each registrant will receive a copy of each speaker’s presentation as part of the conference material in addition to the speakers’ comprehensive bio.

“The Realities of the Wilderness and Conquests
Not everyone who survives the wilderness will be a part of the conquest.  Christ Holy Sanctified Church’s chief apostle will be presenting reality checks when surviving the wilderness and the responsibilities of conquests. Bishop will also be sharing regarding updates regarding 2019’s Holy Convocation and 2020’s 100 Year Holy Convocation in Beaumont, TX

Presenter/Keynote: General Session 

Apostle Ida B. Ullrich is a pastor of Quickening Word Church and founder of Woman Rise Up Ministries, Elijah to Elisha Apostolic Prophetic Ministry, Texas Women Pioneer Awards Foundation, and The Apostolic Prophetic Women Alliance. She and her husband, Minister Joseph Ullrich, reside in Richmond, Texas. Her vision is to raise up people who are sound in the Word of God and cannot be tossed to and fro by every wind of doctrine. Author, biblical scholar, prophetess and certified counselor, Apostle Ida B. Ullrich has distinguished a highly respected footprint of notoriety for her prophetic school of ministry’s (Elijah to Elisha) profound teachings. Her passion for more knowledge and deeper understanding of scripture illuminates through the many books she has authored. Apostle Ida feels a great deal of her ministry will be fulfilled, as she continues to capture the heart of God on paper.

Presenter/Keynote: General Session 
Dr. Deborah Myles McGinty, a Licensed Professional Counselor, a National Certified Counselor, a Certified Anger Resolution Therapist, LPC Approved Supervisor, a Continuing Education Unit Provider, and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. She provides therapy and psychological evaluations in a variety of settings. Her therapeutic goal is to provide support and feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges in a warm, trusting and supportive atmosphere. She received both her bachelor’s degree in education and Master of Arts degree in counseling from Prairie View A &M University. Dr. McGinty earned her Doctor of Education degree in counselor education from Texas Southern University. 

Dr. McGinty greatest accomplishments in life are being a wife, mother and a Christian.  She is an active member at Wheeler Avenue Baptist church where she serves on the usher board, participates in the marriage ministry and works in the children’s church.

Pastor Anthony W. Wilcots, who is affectionately known by his members as “Pastor Wil”, is a native of Houston, Texas, and without a doubt one of the most gifted and dynamic preacher/teachers in America today. He is the product of the Houston public schools, a graduate with the Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas Southern University (Houston, TX), the Master of Divinity degree from the School of Theology, Oral Roberts University (Tulsa, OK) and the Master of Sacred Theology degree from Yale University School of Divinity (New Haven, CT). He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Social Ethics at Drew University (Madison, N.J.).  Pastor Wil, additionally served as Pastor of The Liberty Baptist Church in Elizabeth, NJ, for more than 12 years. In a previous assignment, he served as Pastor of Bible Days Revival Church of Galveston, Texas, prior to his matriculation to Oral Roberts University.  Pastor Wilcots is the heir to a great legacy of preaching and ministry through his father, the late Apostle E. W. Wilcots. His father developed a national ministry of evangelism and church planting and served as pastor of Bible Days Revival Church in Houston for over 45 years. Pastor Wil currently serves as the pastor of the Bible Days Church for the past 10 years since returning to Houston. He is married to Cherry Davis of Houston, TX. They have four children; Jordan Dior, Anthony Wayne, Jr., Brooke Elizabeth Antoinette and Alexander Carson.

This session is only open to first ladies (including guest first ladies)
Debbie Ann (Brooks) Brown was born in Los Angeles, California; she was raised in Franklinton, North Carolina where she learned to cook southern dishes. She is often told how great a cook she is and that she should own her own restaurant. She is married to Bishop Craig Brown (1978), the presiding bishop of Christ Holy Sanctified Churches and they are blessed with a son, Gabriel Craig and his wife, Sharonda Shaw Brown; two daughters, Yulanda Rochelle and her husband, Fabian Parson, and Miranda Stephanie.  Together, she and her husband worked faithfully in many programs, projects, and fundraisers, and traveled throughout the state and country attending the various conventions of the Christ Holy Sanctified Church (CHSC).  She currently serves in her local church as Women’s Director, as a staff minister, and assists in the Finance Department. She and her husband are continuing to share the love of Jesus Christ by being examples to their children, family, congregation, and community.  Presently, First Lady Brown is following her dream by obtaining a degree in Psychology from California State University, Dominguez Hills.

Presenter/Facilitator: Men’s Session.
Pastor Robert Horton is the senior pastor of Vison Ministries in Lancaster, TX where he has served for over 7 years.  Serving in various capacities in Holy Temple Christ Holy Sanctified Church, Pastor Horton came to the Lord under leadership of the late Bishop W.T. Smith during a revival conducted by Emeritus Pastor Corine Jimerson.  Despite influences that wanted to keep him out of the church, he continued seeking after God and becoming a witness to those that tried to hinder him. Pastor Horton presently serves as the president of the Pastors’ Council of Christ Holy Sanctified Church and as the chief adjutant for the organization.  He is married to Kamie Dennis Horton and they are blessed with two children, Robert Jr. and Kalyn.

Presenter: Women’s Session – 
Denise Jeter who grew up outside of Houston, TX came to know the Lord as a result of prayer of desperation at the age of 33.  From that point, the Lord took her on a journey of spiritual warfare and a discovery of truth she would have never believed possible.  But through prayer and fasting, fought her way through the spiritual warfare eventually bringing her the place God destined for her. The author of “Apples of Gold: A Devotional in Rhyme”, she expounds on Scripture in an entirely unique way – through rhyme.

Elder Raphael Williams is a 5th generation product of Christ Holy Sanctified Church stemming from a legacy of pioneers who worked untiringly in the organization since the late 1930s.  Presently, Elder Williams is the assistant pastor of True Love Church in Fort Worth, TX, the National Youth Director Christ Holy Sanctified Church and is an Operations Supervisor for the Social Security Administration.  Elder Williams is married to Kayla and they have three children.
Pastor Cynthia Sherman – Thursday, January 24 – 2:30 – 3:30 PM 
Senior Pastor, New Temple Church – Beaumont, TX
Presenter: General Session – “Ritual or Relationship: To Which or You Committed?”
Pastor Cynthia Marie Joubert Sherman was born as the 5th child, 3rd daughter on April 15, 1957 to the late Sampson Joubert Jr. and Mother Willie Mae Joubert.  She grew up in Beaumont Texas, receiving her education in the Beaumont Independent School District, where she is also employed.  She became a member of New Temple Christ Holy Sanctified Church where she gave her life to Christ during one of the many revivals by her cousin, Emeritus Pastor Corrine Jimerson. She has served in many capacities in the church from Junior Mission, Choir, Usher department, women’s prison ministry and street ministry.  Pastor Sherman was married to the Late Deacon L.T. Sherman Jr. and they raised three wonderful children.  On May 1, 2011 she became 3rd Pastor of New Temple CHSC – 1st female Pastor. She fell in love with Word of God through Sunday School and Holy Young People’s Bible Study (HYPBS) which is still her passion. She lives by the motto of “Onward and Upward”.

Opal Enriquez is a Senior Marketing Director (SMD) and Financial Advisor for World Financial Group and Trans-America Financial Corporation.  Opal spent the last five years being  trained and mentored by Melinda Blue-Taylor (the company’s only African American female CEO) whose guidance has led her to be recognized in the top 10% of all associates in the nation.   Opal currently specializes in retirement planning and long term care an is a personal asset manager for several clients with decorated investment portfolios. She currently serves as one of the resident brokers for the Baptist Ministers’ Conference in Southern California.
Opal earned her bachelor’s degree in Cardio-Pulmonary Science from Loma Linda University and has over fifteen years of experience as a Neonatal and Pediatric Clinical Specialist. Opal is currently a member of Faithful Central Bible Church in Inglewood,  California.

100th Year Holy Convocation Celebration

Overview/Presentation: General Session 
Bishop Erika L. Braxter, is a “chip off the block” following in the foot steps of her mother, the late Bishop Georgia Jones – Christ Holy Sanctified Church’s first female bishop and presiding bishop (2006-2008).  A dynamic preacher and teacher, she embodies the passion for preaching and evangelism from both her mother and grandmother, the late Geneva Joubert Smith, who helped carve and grow countless churches from the 1940s through the min 1990s. Bishop Braxter currently serves as the General Secretary for Christ Holy Sanctified Church (CHSC) and is youngest member of the Board of Presbytery (ruling body).  She is the senior pastor of Evangel Temple Church in Lake Charles, LA and the jurisdiction bishop of the Sabine Jurisdiction.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education and is a teacher in the Lake Charles School District.  She is married to Deacon Clarence Braxter and they have two children, Whitney and Christian.
