The Credentials and Compliance Department is responsible for overseeing the matriculation process of ministers within Christ Holy Sanctified Church, transitioning them from Licensed Ministers to Ordained Ministers. This department manages the issuance and maintenance of all certificates and Clergy Credential Cards.

Candidates seeking ordination must successfully complete both oral and written examinations administered by the Credentials and Compliance Department examiner (proctor) and audited by the General Secretary. Additionally, clergy transferring into Christ Holy Sanctified Church from other organizations must have their credentials reviewed, exchanged, and reissued through the Credentials and Compliance Department.
